Turn OFF Battery Optimization for QePon

  • Go to Settings > Battery. Select Battery Usage and scroll to QePon. Tap on Battery Saver, then select “No Restrictions”.

Enable Auto Start for QePon

    1. Goto Settings > Installed Apps. Tap on Permissions, tap in top right.
    1. Tap on Autostart, then scroll to QePon and enable the button next to it.

If you have trouble getting SOUND with notifications try this:

  • Go to Settings > Notifications & Status Bar > App Notifications > Select QePon and Enable Sound.

MIUI Global 11 (on Android 9)

If you experience problems with push notifications on your Xiaomi device runs MIUI Global 11 (on Android 9), please perform the following steps.

  1. Navigate to Settings > Apps > Manage Apps > scroll down to QePon (or search for QePon) , and click QePon.
  2. In Permission, turn on Autostart.
  3. In Permission, navigate to Notifications > turn on any option that may suit you.
  4. In Permission, navigate to Restrict Data Usage > turn on both Wifi and mobile data
  5. In Permission, navigate to Battery > choose no restrictions at all.

Older MIUI versions

If you don’t use MIUI 11 in Android 9, please perform the following steps. The specified menu paths apply to to MIUI 8.5 on Android 6.0. Depending on device and software version, designation and location of menu items may differ.

  1. Navigate to “Settings > Additional Settings > Battery and Performance > Manage apps’ battery usage”, and turn “Power saving modes” off.
  2. Open the Security app, navigate to Permissions, and add QePon to Autostart.
  3. Summon the Task Manager (by pressing the menu button on your device), find QePon, drag it downwards until the padlock icon appears, and tap the padlock icon.
  4. In the app Security, open settings (by tapping the cog icon in the top right corner), select “Data usage”, and activate “Allow background data”.
  5. It might also help to turn off Memory Optimization in MIUI’s “Developer Settings options” (in Settings > Additional Settings). To enable “Developer settings”, navigate to Settings > About Phone, and tap multiple times on “MIUI version”.

Lock Apps In Memory

You can lock your desired / most frequently used apps in the memory.

  1. Open your app, let the app get launched fully.
  2. Open the recent apps menu.
  3. Instead of swiping up to close the app, swipe down the app icon or screen. A lock icon will be displayed on the top right corner of the app icon or screen. If you still can’t see the lock icon, tap and hold on the app until lock icon displayed.
  4. Tap on lock icon for lock the app into the memory & won’t get force killed in the background.
