Pin QePon to the recent apps screen.

Please note that Screen Pinning isn’t available if you’re using full screen gestures.

  1. Go to Settings > Device & Privacy > Screen Pinning to turn on this feature.
  2. After that, you can go to the Recent apps screen, tap the Menu button on the app that you want to pin, and select Fixed.
  3. To unpin the app, simply press and hold the ‘Back’ and ‘Recent’ button at the same time.

Turn OFF Battery Optimization for QePon

Turn off energy saving mode of the corresponding application. Please follow this instructions if you have trouble with push notifications in QePon

  • Go to Settings > Battery > Energy Saver, select QePon and turn off Background Freeze and Doze buttons.

If the above options are not there on your device, try these:

  • Go to Settings > Battery and Storage > Battery Manager > Power consumption details > Optimize for excessive power consumption.
  • Uncheck QePon.

If you don’t have the above, try this:

  • Go to Settings > System Notifications > System Notifications > System Notifications. Then, Scroll to QePon and Turn ON the button next to it.

If you don’t find the options above try this:

  • Go to Settings > Apps > Advanced > Ignore battery optimizations. Next, scroll to QePon and Turn ON the button.

If you used OPPO on Android 11 and ColorOS11v1, please perform the following steps:

  1. Settings -> Battery -> More Battery Settings -> Optimize Battery Use -> QePon, select “don’t optimize”.
  2. Settings –> Battery –> App Battery Management –> QePon. Turn ON option “allow background activity” & “allow autolaunch”.
  3. Settings –> App management –> App list –> QePon –> Permission. Scroll down. Turn OFF option “remove permission if app isn’t used”.

Add QePon to Startup Manager

  1. Go to Settings > Security Center > Privacy Permissions > Startup manager
  2. Scroll down to Start-up apps disallowed
  3. Scroll down to QePon and switch on the button next to it.

If you don’t find a Startup Manager in settings, search for an app called Phone Manager on your device.

  1. Launch Phone Manager app > Privacy Permissions > Startup Manager > QePon
  2. Switch on the button next to Qepon

Enable notification priority if you don’t get the sound

If you don’t get the notification sound, try this:

  1. Goto Settings > App Management.
  2. Switch to “Installed” tab and then scroll to QePon and tap on it.
  3. Tap Manage Notifications.
  4. Enable Priority Notification

If you don’t find the options above, try this:

  1. Go to Settings > Notification panel & status bar > Notification center.
  2. Find QePon and then activate “Allow notifications” and also “Priority display“.

Lock the applications in the background

For ColorOS 5.0 or higher:

  1. Tap the [Menu button].
  2. Slide down the application interface until you see a lock icon in the left upper corner. If the icon is grayed out on a certain app, it means it is unable to lock it in the background.

For ColorOS 3.2 and below:

  1. Tap the [Menu button].
  2. Slide down the application interface until you see a lock icon in the left upper corner. You will be told if an app is supported for locking it in the background.

Notes: Background tasks will consume a device’s limited resources, like RAM and battery.
